Conference fees in DKK

The conference fee for members and non-members include:

-         access to all sessions
-         conference material
-         coffee and tea during breaks
-         lunches (28 and 29 September)
-         Informal Get-together-dinner at Comwell Congress Center, September 27
-         Visit at The Viking Ship Museum and dinner at “Restaurant Snekken”, September 28
-         Farewell dinner at Comwell Congress Center, September 29
-         Transport between Roskilde and Lund Universities, and between Comwell Congress Center and Roskilde University

The conference fee for bachelor/master students include:

-         access to all sessions
-         conference material
-         coffee and tea during breaks
-         lunches (28 and 29 September)
-         Transport between Roskilde and Lund Universities, and between Comwell Congress Center and Roskilde University

Accompanying persons and bachelor/masterstudent are welcomed to join the social programme by paying seperately.

Payment
All payment must be forwarded in Danish currency (DKK) and can be made by cheque, drawn on Danske Bank, bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, JCB, Diners, Maestro, American Express and Dankort).

Cancellation refund policy
Notification of cancellation must be in writing and sent to KongresKompagniet. An administration fee wil be charged depending on the date the cancellation is received by KongresKompagniet.

Before August 15. 2007 – a refund of 50% of fee

After August 15. 2007 – no refund

Refund claims must include name of bank, bank address, IBAN, S.w.i.f.t. code, account number and name of the account owner for money transfers. All refunds will only be processed after the conference.

Accommodation

KongresKompagniet has made preliminary reservations for the delegates at 2 hotels and at the Youth Hostel. Reservations can be made on the on-line registration form. The organisers cannot guarantee accommodation for participants who have not registered in advance. To obtain the stated conference price all reservations must be made through the conference secretariat KongresKompagniet. The accommodation will be booked on first-come first-serve basis. Payment directly to the hotel upon departure. Payment Youth Hostel in advance to KongresKompagniet – please see the on-line-form.

Hotel Prindsen

The hotel is situated in the middle of the city centre and is recommended for guests who like to be spoiled. With 300 years behind it, Hotel Prindsen is one of the oldest hotels in operation in Denmark. Here, in its third centenary, the hotel stands as a beautiful building refurbished with proper respect for its past but containing all the facilities a modern hotel must offer. Comwell Roskilde

The Hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings north of Roskilde with the fiord as an inspiring neighbour. The hotel is light and airy. The hotel is also venue for some sessions of the conference with its numerous exciting courtyards and terraces offering many possibilities for activities indoors and outdoors. Roskilde Youth Hostel

Well situated, nice and clean, near Roskilde harbour and the Viking Ship Museum. All rooms are with shower and toilet. Guests have access to a shared sitting room, TV lounge and kitchen. Guests have to maintain their own room during the stay (no chambermaid). All beds are twin apart.

Payment in advance to KongresKompagniet. The hostel will send the bill for accommodation to KongresKompagniet after the conference. For any additional cost during your stay please pay directly to the Youth Hostel by departure.

For early registrations a confirmation of your hotel reservation will be sent shortly after June 15.

A confirmation of your reservation at the youth hostel will be sent once the payment has been received. For early registrations this confirmation will be sent shortly after June 15.

Accommodation changes
Participants changing accommodation must do so through the conference secretariat KongresKompagniet EUPRERA@KongresKompagniet.dk and not by contacting the hotel or youth hostel directly.

Cancellation of accommodation
Notification of cancelling must be in writing and sent to KongresKompagniet. Hotel rooms can be cancelled no later than 3 days before date of arrival. For cancellation after this deadline a bill for the first night will be sent. In case of no-show the bill will be sent to the person who did not cancel in advance. Rooms at the Youth hostel can be cancelled no later than 7 days before date of arrival.

All participants must submit completed registration forms. On-line registration is recommended.
